The acquisition establishes Albireo Energy’s operating footprint in Texas. The Dallas-Fort Worth market has significant commercial and industrial activity, including investment in data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial infrastructure. These sectors require building automation systems, systems integration, and ongoing building services, aligning with the capabilities of QBS and Albireo Energy.
Shane Ray, who founded QBS in 2019, will continue to lead the business as vice president and general manager. The QBS team will remain in place, maintaining continuity of customer relationships, service and existing commitments.
