Seekr joins the MACH Alliance Agent Ecosystem Bringing Industry-proven Explainability to Multi-Vendor AI Agents

As agentic interoperability increases, Seekr will help define how decisions made across those systems stay traceable, governable, and defensible.
RESTON, Va., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Seekr, the leader in explainable and sovereign AI, today announced it has joined the MACH Alliance as an Agent Ecosystem Collaborator. Seekr will contribute its deep expertise in data provenance, lineage, explainability, and sovereignty to the Alliance’s work on open standards and reference architectures for AI agents that operate across vendor boundaries. The Agent Ecosystem exists for AI in production, not AI in theory. That’s the standard Seekr has held from the start, working with organizations that could only deploy AI they could explain, and it’s the experience the company brings to an ecosystem of industry leaders focused specifically on scale and business outcomes.

Enterprises are moving rapidly from single AI assistants in test environments to systems of agents that work together in production, often sourced from different vendors and connected to systems deployed months or even years apart. Getting those agents to interoperate is the industry’s current focus. But interoperability alone leaves a gap: when a decision is produced by a chain of agents from different vendors, the organization still has to show which data drove it, how that data was transformed along the way, and why that outcome was produced. In regulated industries and government, that record is what determines whether a decision can be defended to a regulator, an auditor, or a court. Without it, every agent added to the chain makes accountability harder to trace, and explainability is what keeps that accountability intact.
“Interoperability gets agents talking to each other. It doesn’t tell you why they reached a decision, or which source drove it, which becomes even more complex with agents from multiple vendors,” said Rob Clark, President of Seekr. “We’ve spent years helping government and regulated customers answer that question with evidence, and it’s the same bar multi-vendor agents will have to meet next. We joined the MACH Alliance to bring real solutions and experience into agentic architectures both within the U.S. and internationally.”
“We’re pleased to welcome Seekr to the Agent Ecosystem as a Collaborator,” said Holly Hall, Managing Director of MACH Alliance. “As enterprises connect agents across vendors, the ability to trace and explain what those agents decide becomes as important as getting them to work together. Seekr’s experience in regulated and government environments brings that perspective directly into the working groups shaping our reference architectures.”
The MACH Alliance is a vendor-neutral nonprofit with more than 116 member companies, including Vercel, Deloitte Digital, and Netlify. Its Agent Ecosystem, launched in late 2025 and now backed by more than 70 supporters, brings together industry experts to co-create reference architectures, operating patterns, and enterprise-scale proofs for agents that work through open standards rather than inside a single platform.
Seekr joins the MACH Alliance’s Agent Ecosystem as a Collaborator, bringing expertise in governance, security and evaluation. Seekr will participate in the Enterprise Agent Architecture working group, collaborate with the Alliance and fellow members on content applying MACH principles to AI governance, and share lessons from production deployments in regulated and government environments.
