BridgePeak Energy Capital (“BridgePeak”), a leading provider of commercial loan origination, servicing, and portfolio management solutions for regulated financial institutions and private credit funds, today announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. BridgePeak closed and funded over $921 million across 44 loans, a 12% increase in dollars funded compared to the same period in the prior year.
Of that total, the company closed $121 million in term loans, $462 million in construction facilities, and $338 million in development and corporate facilities. This performance reflects momentum across BridgePeak’s core lending platform, expanding work in powered land supporting fleet mobility and edge data centers, and continued growth in standalone battery storage.
These results build on BridgePeak’s long-term track record, bringing total closed loans since inception to more than $6.0 billion and its managed portfolio to more than $4.6 billion as of June 30, 2026, underscoring the scale and durability of its servicing and portfolio management platform.
“The first half of 2026 reflected the continued strength of our platform and the trust our banking partners place in us,” said Shawn Andrews, Chief Executive Officer of BridgePeak. “Completing our first independent financial audit and once again completing our SOC audit reinforces the institutional-grade rigor we bring to every relationship, even as we continue to expand into new and emerging segments of the energy and infrastructure market.”
Alongside its core solar and storage lending, BridgePeak continued to grow its presence in some of the market’s most dynamic segments. The firm expanded its work in powered land, defined as property financed for its ability to support energy infrastructure such as fleet mobility charging and edge data centers, reflecting rising demand for capital solutions at the intersection of energy and digital infrastructure. BridgePeak also continued its focus on standalone battery energy storage systems (BESS), providing capital for projects that deliver grid services independent of co-located generation.
In the first half of 2026, BridgePeak completed its first independent financial statement audit, marking an important milestone in the firm’s continued institutionalization. The audit resulted in a clean opinion, reflecting the strength of BridgePeak’s financial reporting and controls.
BridgePeak also completed its annual SOC audit, a rigorous Type II examination of its corporate-wide policies, procedures, and information security controls. Together, the two audits reinforce the confidence banks and institutions place in BridgePeak’s platform.
BridgePeak enters the second half of 2026 with strong momentum, an expanding platform, and a proven model for supporting energy and digital infrastructure deployment nationwide.
